  4. An electronic check fee of $2.00 for each payment.
  5. You will have 105 days to pay or arrange some kind of payment plan with the court before your driver license is suspended.

The Indigency Program waives the amount of surcharges owed for individuals who have incomes at or below 125 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. The Incentive Program reduces the amount of surcharges owed for some individuals who have incomes above 125 percent and below 300 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. Both programs will help you satisfy the requirements to keep your driver license. You will need to gather some documents such as paycheck stubs and other proof of income, etc. It is a good program to apply if you meet the income guidelines.
